How do I place an order?

Click on the picture of the required item and add it to your basket. Go to your basket and proceed to enter your information.

How do I return an item?

Please contact customercare@agiftinmind.co.uk within 72 hours of receiving your items. If the item is faulty or damaged, please send a video or photo of the issue and we will strive to rectify the issue, in a timely manner.

How is my item packaged?

Due to striving to be as eco conscious and sustainable as possible we use recyclable boxes, some new, some reused and paper waffle wrapping.
